Meet Our PastorWe hope you will come visit us and meet our pastor, Dan Taylor.
Born and raised primarily in Texas, he is NOT a Dallas Cowboys fan. Dan put his faith in Jesus Christ at the age of 9 while living on Grand Isle, Louisiana. During high school Dan committed His life to serving God in full time ministry. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he met his future bride, Terri, and graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in 1987, and then from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1991. Dan and Terri moved to Montana in November of 1991 to begin both their ministry and their family. They have four children, Nathan, Jennifer, Jonathan and Joel. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, photography, gardening, wood working and he is attempting to paint with watercolor. |
Dan preaches from the Bible in a way that makes it personal and applicable. He strives to practice what he preaches by being an example of a servant ... whether that means: fixing the church mower, praying with a grieving family, playing with children during a day camp, or helping an elderly couple figure out their computer.
